      Registration :

      Admissions to the School are open to children of :

      • Residents of India including foreign nationals with a valid resident visa
      • Non-resident Indians
      • Foreign nationals subject to their obtaining a student visa
      The Admission will be granted on first cum first serve basis.
       
      The process of admission in SHIVNERI SCHOOL is very simple. Please follow the below steps:
       
      1) Visit the SHIVNERI School campus with prior appointment.
      2) Purchase the prospectus against payment of Rs 1000/- cash.
      3) Interactive session with the Principal and written test(Just to ensure child's growth)
      4) Submit the form duly filled with necessary documents and photographs.
      5) Admission will be confirmed after payment of the first installment only.
      6) Parents' Login in School App and Identity card for parents.
       
      List of Documents needed :
      1) Birth certificate original or a copy of original attested.
      2) Photocopy of the academic report for last 2 years.
      3) 4 Passport size photographs of the child.
      4) 4 Passport child photographs of parents.
      5) Adhar card of the child as well as parents.
      6) Transfer Certificate from the previous school. (from class 2 )
      7) Confidential Medical record.
      8) Caste certificate.

      • Nonveg mess is available at an Extra Cost of Rs.10,000/year. Nonveg will be served 2 times every week.

      Uniform and Stationery Kit

      (As Applicable, Extra)

      • Uniform Fee (2 School Uniforms, 1 PT Uniform, 2 Sports Uniform, 1 Pair of School Shoes) - Only for the Admission Year
      • Stationary (Only for First Year - All subject NCERT Books, Notebooks, Drawing Book, Crayons, Color Set, Pen, Pencil, etc) Only for the Admission Year

      Imprest Account

      - Rs 10,000/-

      • Library charges for the late deposit or lost book, late fees on account of delayed deposit of Tuition Fees, and recovery of any damages (not optional).
      • Medical Expenses if any.
      • Insurance Premium, as applicable.
      • Tuck Shop Expenses, if any.
      • Conveyance and entry fees for Intraschool competitions.
      • If the child destroys school property, the school will levy fine and the same will be cut from imprest account.
      • Charges for expenses incurred for inter-school events in the Sports & Performing Arts areas (optional).
      • Competitive exam charges.
      • If the child requires any book/stationary (eg.: pen, pencil, notebooks, etc)/ daily grocery (eg. oil, toothpaste, soap, etc) the amount will be deducted from imprest account.
      • This imprest deposit is to be paid in a single installment along with the 1st installment of the Academic fees.
      • At the end of the academic session, the remaining balance (if any) will be carry forwarded to the next academic session. In case of any shortfall during the year, the school may ask for more imprest deposit as per the requirement.

      Once paid fees are not refundable.
